Our room was en suite and complete with a bedside table, tea, as example.

The kindness of the hosts. The location near the Whitby Pavilion and the town centre. The copious and very good breakfast.

All and nothing. This is not a hotel but an old-fashioned but quality B&B

Consider asking for homemade granola at breakfast. it adds a nice touch and is a delicious option.

Had a comfortable stay, but the mattress was quite lumpy.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast selection was simply delightful, especially the fresh bread and cheeses. The room was cozy and well-maintained, even better than the photos! We would definitely return.

The staircase to reach the room is a bit of a workout, which might not suit everyone's level of fitness. The shower in the Gothic Room might feel tight for those with a larger build, and it could be tricky, but it suits others just fine. If you're not in shape, that might put a damper on your experience.

From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on, especially the cozy Twin Room with a lovely view and the standout breakfast spread that included homemade jams and fresh fruit! I loved the beautiful garden area to relax in and the quick access to nearby beaches for a dip. The bathroom was a tad small, but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience—definitely a place I’d recommend for a chill getaway! 😊

I was really disappointed with my stay overall. The bathroom was located down three flights of stairs, a significant inconvenience, especially at night. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. While the staff were quick to respond to issues, the ambiance felt tense , affecting our comfort.

Room was so clean n comfy. It had a nice modern ensuite with a power shower. Love the selection of hot drinks and cookies. The breakfast choices were really good, filled us up for our days out. Great location...

The room was super comfy with a tv and quality toiletries. There's a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a desk. Breakfast was a treat with homemade granola and fresh fruits. Free parking was really helpful. The hospitality was great, with Deborah giving us great local tips.

I stayed in a Small Double Room and loved how comfy the bed was. The room was quiet and warm, thanks to excellent double glazing. It felt cozy and was well-presented. The en-suite was super clean, and I had ample storage space, too. A relaxing setup!

I found the guest house to be in an ideal location, just a few steps away from charming Pannett Park and only 500 meters from the bustling Whitby town center. The breakfasts were second to none.

The hospitality here was amazing! Deborah warmly welcomed us and shared local tips. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the stunning view of the Abbey. Just wished the shower pressure was stronger. 🌟
